Jeff Wiley is an accomplished leader in clinical research with more than 25 years of experience in clinical project management and clinical operations. His expertise in clinical strategy, project delivery, and operational process optimization has consistently contributed to the success of clinical programs and the organizations he served.

Before joining Everest, Jeff held senior leadership roles at multiple high-performing global clinical research organizations such as PRA (13 years), Theorem/ Chiltern/ Covance/ Labcorp (same company through various acquisitions over 10 years), and most recently ProSciento. Jeff learned from the ground up as a Clinical Research Associate and rapidly rose to clinical operations leadership roles where he oversaw complex clinical trials and departments, working across various therapeutic areas (TAs). He has extensive experience in managing oncology studies, among other TAs, and has worked closely with sponsors and cross-functional teams to navigate the unique challenges of these trials.

Jeff has demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams, as well as implementing process improvements and new technologies to enhance trial efficiency and broader operations. In his previous roles, he contributed to strategic business growth, helped guide trial sponsors to significant milestones, and successfully led projects through regulatory inspections. His passion for advancing novel therapies while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity continues to drive his contributions to the clinical research industry.

Jeff has been an active member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), where he served as Treasurer for the Greater Kansas City Chapter. He holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Wayne State College.
